The breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a wide array of gluten-free options and freshly baked pastries. The superior room I booked had a delightful balcony and ample storage. I found the shower great, and the bedding felt luxurious. the gym disappointed me. only three machines present, one was broken, and the temperature was too cold for a comfortable workout. the spa was not well-maintained. the sauna doors didn’t close properly, and the wet area remained closed throughout my stay. Even though the ski room was generally well-organized, during peak times, getting sufficient space for my snowboard posed a challenge. Staff seemed friendly, but I hoped for a bit more assistance regarding local lift operations.

Lovely spa space for unwinding after a day on the slopes! Plus, it's so close to the lifts that I almost ski right into breakfast!
The ski room had a smell that could knock out a yeti! And why was my room painted as if it were stuck in a 70s disco?

my stay at europa was fantastic. the breakfast had freshly baked pastries and a great variety of options, including gluten-free choices. the ski locker room was also impressively organized with individual lockers that you access using your key card.
the spa area was quite crowded.
